Lewis Nelms, President and Founder
Lewis brings to Gospelink over thirty years of ministry experience. After earning his Bachelors Degree from Hyles-Anderson College, Lewis spent the next eleven years in home missions, working with church plants in Maryland, Iowa and New York City. In 1990, he adjusted his focus to international missions, serving with Final Frontiers Foundation as Director of Development and Expansion. Lewis founded Gospelink in 1998, where he continues to serve as its president. As a part of his mission work, in 2005, Lewis started the International Bible College of Zambia, Africa. He and his wife, Leah, have been married since 1979 and reside in Lynchburg, Virginia. They have four children.
John Beiler, Secretary
John Beiler is a Christian businessman and entrepreneur. He has spent over 20 years involved in agricultural businesses, including farming, fertilizer, and aerial spraying. He’s also spent over 20 years as a builder and property developer in both Maryland and Delaware. He has been an avid supporter of Gospelink since it began in 1998.
Al Haywood, Treasurer
Al has been an active partner with Gospelink since its inception in 1998. He has obtained a number of degrees including an MBA from Georgia State University and a Christian Doctor of Philosophy in Integrated Marriage at Pillsbury College and Seminary in Bridgeton, MO. Al was licensed (1977) and ordained (1979) into the Gospel ministry by
John Colyer
Beginning as a Youth Pastor, John has forty years of local church ministry experience. He is the lead pastor at Ankeny Free Church in Ankeny, Iowa. John has taught at a number of Bible colleges and seminaries in the USA and is currently a teacher at the International Bible College of Zambia. He has earned a Bachelors in Education Degree from BBC in Clark Summit, a Masters of Divinity Degree from Calvary Baptist Seminary in Pennsylvania, and is working on a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary. John serves on the board of Hidden Acres Christian Camp and the Central District of the EFCA (Evangelical Free Churches of America).
Cliff Morris
Cliff has served as lead pastor at First Baptist Church of Dublin, Georgia, since 1997. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Georgia, a Masters Degree in Theology from Columbia Biblical Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Cliff serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Brewton-Parker College in Mount Vernon, Georgia. He also serves as a board member for Kindred Spirit, based in Atlanta, as well Easter Seals of Middle Georgia. Cliff is the Academic Dean of the International Bible College of Zambia.
David Nelms
David began serving in pastoral ministry in 1976, planting churches in Maryland and Iowa. Since 2000, he has served as the lead pastor at Grace Fellowship of West Palm Beach, Florida. David received a Bachelors Degree from Hyles-Anderson College, a Masters Degree in Ministry from Moody, a Master of Divinity Degree and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Luther Rice University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the founder and president of TTI (The Timothy Initiative), an international organization which trains national preachers in church planting. David also serves as a board member for Luther Rice University. He has been actively involved with Gospelink since it originated.
