I was born in a Christian family, but as I grew up my life was in disorder. I drank beer and fought with people so that no one wanted to be around me. I was stubborn and would not take any advice. I lived the life of a Pagan. One day I was on the Congo River when I became ill. For six months I could not do anything. My parents sent someone to get me, but no medicines could help me. Those around me were not sure that I would live. Then my family took me to a prayer group to pray for God's healing. For four days a pastor fasted and prayed with me until I was delivered from my illness. It was through this experience that I came to know the Lord. After my salvation, I became burdened for others to know Jesus.
When my mother died, I left the university where I was studying and returned to my village. It was not my plan to serve God, but through the ministry of my father, God began to burden my heart to work for Him. At first it was hard, but now I am at ease when I am ministering to others. God has blessed me, and I look forward to seeing many souls come to Jesus.
