Gospelink Travel Approval Process

1. Registration and deposit ✔️ done 🙌🏼 (way to go!)

Here is a copy of the terms you agreed to in that process.

2. complete & Submit all trip forms

Click each of the following forms to download. Complete, and email them to Leah Nelms, Gospelink Travel Director, within 10 days of completing registration.

3. purchase a specified airline ticket

This information will be provided by Gospelink’s Travel Director.

4. After airline ticketing, Submit proof of trip insurance

Please submit proof of trip insurance to Leah Nelms, Gospelink Travel Director,

5. make trips payments

Complete Payment within 60 days of trip departure through of the following methods:

  • Online: Through the form located on this page

  • Phone: Call the office at (434) 485-7007

  • Mail: Use this form making checks payable to Gospelink and sent to Gospelink, ATTN: Mission Trips, PO Box 1160, Forest, VA, 24551.
